My daughter’s name is Alita and yes, she is named after this incredible manga series. She is wonderfully unique, just like the character in this manga. I hope she grows up to be as strong and secure in herself as her Mom is. She is very much like me at the moment (in looks & temperament). The other day she wanted to share with me a song she recently heard:
I found this slightly funny because I had discovered this song a week before her and also thought about her & her Mom (who is the toughest person I know, plus a mean “left”). I highlight I look forward to is taking my daughter to see “Battle Angel” the movie (produced by James Cameron) when it comes out in a year or two.
